Step 1:
Eligibility Assessment Report(Shared)
Step 2:
Once clarified, you will have to sign the Assessment report and revert back with the signed copy on email.
Step 3:
The Retainer Agreement Copy needs to be signed before we start the process.
Step 4:
You need to start the process for application (within 2 days of signing the agreement)
Step 5:
You will have to submit scanned copies of all Documents mentioned in Annex ‘A’.
Step 6:
Your profile will be created in the SINP Government Portal. As soon as we receive from the Canadian Team, we will provide you with the Login Credentials, i.e. Login ID and Password (Approx 2 to 3 weeks) On receiving your Login Credentials
Step 7:
We will then process for Job position Approval (6-8 weeks)
Step 8:
On receiving your Job Approval, you will receive a work contract which you will have to sign, scan, and revert back to us by Email
Step 9:
After receiving approval from SINP and Job Offer, the application will be submitted to the Canadian High Commission, and an Appointment for biometrics provided. (Candidate will have to cost the Visa fees and Biometric, i.e. 285 CAD) Visa Application
Step 10:
We will schedule a Biometric Appointment at the nearest VFS center and a Medical Requisition form will be provided by the embassy.
Step 11:
Visa Decision (6-8 weeks)
Step 12:
You will need to submit an Original passport to VFS for visa stamping after receiving the PPR request.
Step 13:
Visa Stamping, you are then ready to Fly to Canada.
